Located within the Middletown Mall, this Aladdin’s Castle was a popular destination for arcade gaming for many years. As a franchise, Aladdin’s Castle was known for creating a family-friendly amusement environment within shopping malls, a concept that began in 1969. The chain expanded rapidly under Bally’s ownership in the 1970s and 1980s, becoming a widespread feature in American malls. This specific location closed long before the final Aladdin’s Castle ceased operations in 2021 and the subsequent redevelopment of the mall into Middletown Commons.
