Located within the Florence Mall, Aladdin’s Castle was a popular electronic amusement center for many years. Part of a large national chain, this arcade provided a family-friendly environment where patrons could play the latest video games and classic arcade attractions. Like most of its sister locations, the Florence arcade was a fixture in the mall, known for its lively sounds and variety of games that drew in shoppers and dedicated players alike. The entire Aladdin’s Castle chain was eventually acquired by Namco, and this location, along with the vast majority of others, ceased operations as the company restructured in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
