Aladdin’s Castle was a popular video arcade located within Bloomington’s College Mall. As a franchise of a prominent national chain, this venue was a social hub, particularly for local youth during the 1990s. It operated as a classic mall arcade before its eventual closure. The space it once occupied, along with other stores, has since been redeveloped. The parent company, Aladdin’s Castle, was acquired by Namco in the 1990s, and nearly all locations have since ceased operation.
