Atari Adventure in Key West was a video game arcade that opened around June of 1983 on the lively Duval Street. Located at 208 Duval St., it was one of several “Adventure Centers” established by Atari to create more immersive gaming experiences during the industry’s golden age. The venue was still listed as an operational arcade as late as 1990, serving as an entertainment stop for residents and visitors. The Atari Adventure arcade is now permanently closed, and a different business occupies the historic address.
