Located near the intersection of Candler Road and I-20, Barrel of Fun was a popular Decatur arcade during the 1980s and 1990s. As part of a national chain, it was known for its distinctive wooden barrel entrance that patrons would walk through to enter a world of classic video games and pinball. The venue was a significant local hangout for young people through the golden age of arcades. This location ceased operations around the late 1990s or early 2000s, reflecting a nationwide decline of the brand.
