Le Fun

Le Fun was a popular arcade situated on Guadalupe Street in Austin, Texas, an area affectionately known as “The Drag.” It served as a vibrant entertainment hub for students and local residents, often mentioned alongside other significant arcades of its era. Recognized as the “Best Arcade 1996” by the Austin Chronicle, Le Fun was known for its lively atmosphere and, according to some patrons, a distinct “Japanese game center vibe.” The venue concluded its operations sometime after 2005. The address at 2200 Guadalupe Street is now home to the Church of Scientology, which completed extensive renovations of the building around 2024, incorporating the former arcade space.
