The Showbiz Pizza Place at 6817 NW Expressway in Oklahoma City opened its doors on January 27, 1982, offering family entertainment and animatronic stage shows featuring The Rock-afire Explosion. This location was part of the popular chain known for its pizza and arcade games. In 1991, as part of the company’s “Concept Unification” initiative, this venue transitioned to a Chuck E. Cheese. While the Showbiz Pizza Place brand ceased to exist, the building continues to operate as a Chuck E. Cheese today, preserving its legacy as a family entertainment center.
