H Mart is an American chain of Asian grocery stores that also host various other businesses (including a full food court). This particular location, the first in Austin, first opened on February 15th, 2018, though it is currently unknown whether it had any arcade games at that time. Judging from the image URLs in this article, the store’s arcade section was put in place by July 2022 at the absolute latest. Over the years, it would shift away from a mix of classic games and Western claw machines, instead focusing on smaller Japanese-style claw machines and gacha dispensers.
