Aladdin’s Castle: Meadows Mall

A fixture of the Meadows Mall, the Aladdin’s Castle arcade provided a popular destination for entertainment on the first floor. A YouTube video featuring footage from a birthday party confirms its operation in the summer of 1989. As part of a large national chain, this location offered a family-friendly environment and a wide variety of arcade games and attractions that were hallmarks of the brand. Like most of the chain’s mall-based locations, this arcade is now permanently closed, with the last company-branded arcade ceasing operations in 2021. The Meadows Mall continues to operate and now hosts a different arcade and entertainment center.
