Aladdin’s Castle: Mall 205

Located within the Washington Square shopping center in Tigard, this Aladdin’s Castle arcade was a popular destination for video games and entertainment. As a franchise of the well-known national chain, it provided a family-friendly amusement environment inside the busy mall which opened in 1974. The arcade was part of a larger chain that saw its peak in the early 1980s and was a common fixture in shopping malls across the country. This venue is now permanently closed, following the trend of the parent company which shuttered its last remaining branded location in 2021.
