The 49th St. Galleria opened in Murray, Utah, in 1983, establishing itself as a popular all-ages entertainment destination. The large facility housed a variety of attractions, including an arcade, bowling alley, and roller-skating rink, which drew crowds for many years. Over its lifetime, the venue was renamed the Utah Fun Dome and later housed other businesses, including a charter school. After the iconic glass towers were taken down in 2014, the rest of the building was finally demolished in 2023, with new development planned for the site.
