Action Family Arcade was an amusement destination located within the JFK Plaza shopping center in Waterville, Maine. During the 1980s, it operated as one of several arcades under the “Action Family Arcade” brand, which were featured inside LaVerdiere’s Super Drug Stores. The arcade was a popular local spot for video games, offering tokens for play on machines like Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. The parent company, LaVerdiere’s, was acquired in 1994, and the arcade has since permanently closed.
