Aladdin’s Castle was an arcade located within the Annapolis Mall, remembered as a popular destination during the 1980s and 1990s. As part of a large national chain, this venue was a quintessential mall arcade, often located near the food court and hosting birthday parties for local youth. The arcade chain was acquired by Namco in the early 1990s, and like many arcades of its era, this location eventually closed. Today, the Annapolis Mall continues to operate, but the Aladdin’s Castle arcade exists only in the memories of those who frequented it, with many recalling the unique tokens used for gameplay.
