Located within the Walnut Mall, this Aladdin’s Castle was a popular destination for arcade entertainment. As a franchise, it was part of a well-known national chain of mall-based arcades that brought gaming to a family-friendly environment. Patrons of the mall in the 1980s fondly remembered it as a go-to spot for amusement while their parents shopped. The arcade, along with the entire Walnut Mall, is now permanently closed, as the mall structure was demolished in 2006 to make way for new development.
