Andy Capp’s Tavern was a bar famously known for being the first establishment to host computer video games. Located in Sunnyvale, California, where local Atari employees would frequent after work. Andy Capp’s Tavern would be chosen as test location for Computer Space and Pong back in the 1970’s due to the relationship Atari Employees had with owner Bill Gattis. The success of these games at Andy Capp’s Tavern would flourish into the video arcade craze.

On January 8, 1984, Andy Capp’s Tavern was rebranded as Rooster T. Feathers, a bar and comedy club.
