Boardwalk Mall Arcade

For many years, an arcade was a notable attraction within the Boardwalk Mall at 3800 Boardwalk. It was a long-standing feature of the mall, which itself opened in 1977 after the building was converted from a former movie theater. The arcade was remembered by many as a popular hangout for summers on the boardwalk. In the summer of 2023, the mall was sold to new owners who planned to expand their existing restaurant business into the arcade’s space. The Boardwalk Mall Arcade permanently closed in October 2023, holding a final sale of its games and equipment.
