Located at 69 Church Avenue in Brooklyn’s Kensington neighborhood, Buzz-A-Rama was a beloved slot car racing destination that operated for over five decades. Opened in 1965 by Frank “Buzz” Perri and his wife Delores, it was one of many such raceways in the city but eventually became the last of its kind in New York City. The venue featured several large, multi-lane slot car tracks and also housed a collection of vintage arcade and pinball machines. Following the passing of its founders in May 2021, Buzz-A-Rama permanently closed its doors.
