Chuck E. Cheese: Paducah

Operating in Paducah, Kentucky, the Chuck E. Cheese at 5141 Hinkleville Road first opened its doors on December 9, 1982, as a Showbiz Pizza Place. This location was significant as it marked the first Showbiz Pizza Place to be established in the state of Kentucky. Situated at the Holt Road entrance to the Kentucky Oaks Mall, the venue initially featured the Rock-Afire Explosion animatronic show. In September 1992, the location underwent a “Concept Unification,” transitioning from Showbiz Pizza Place to Chuck E. Cheese, a rebranding that occurred later than many other Showbiz Pizza locations.

Today, the Chuck E. Cheese continues to serve as a recreational hub for the local community, offering a wide array of entertainment options. It features 50 to over 100 arcade games, including skill, redemption, and cooperative games, alongside a Trampoline Zone and a multi-level Superhero Playground. The venue also provides facilities for birthday parties and hosts a Chuck E. Live Stage (Dance Floor), which was installed in December 2018 as part of a 2.0 remodel that began around September 2018. Renowned as a “go-to arcade” and “indoor play destination” for Paducah families, the location is noted for its profitability and high ratings within Kentucky, and offers inclusive programs like Sensory Sensitive Sundays.
