Warwick, RI (1245 Bald Hill Rd) opened on October 12, 1990, as a relocation to the Warwick, RI (1960 Post Rd) location. The store opened with the SPT 1980’s Remodel Program and Chuck E.’s House. Between 1992 and 1993, Jasper?s original shirt would be replaced with the new cowprint design. In 1994, the store would receive the 1-Stage with the turntable. The store would end up closing a few months later, on November 19, 1994. On January 17, 1995, at 10:30 am, the Warwick, RI, Chuck E. Cheese’s Pizza would auction off everything inside the store.

In 2000, the animatronics would be retrofitted by Mechanical Displays, Inc. Chuck E. Cheese was turned into a Hippo, Munch into an Alligator, Helen into a Monkey, Jasper into a Jaguar, and Pasqually into a bear. The lights, 1-Stage props, Munch?s organ, Pasqually?s drum, and the shell for the Munch?s Make Believe Band sign would be reused from the 1-Stage.The band would be installed on a trailer and travel around the massachusetts area until allegedly 2013. In May 2022, the animatronic show would appear on Facebook Marketplace. It would end up selling for $20k, being purchased by the East Coast Gaming Expo being used for various conventions, with the last known usage of it being from February 2023.
