Malibu Castle: San Antonio, TX

Malibu Castle was a prominent family entertainment center located at 3330 Cherry Ridge in San Antonio, Texas. The venue first opened its doors in 1978 as Malibu Grand Prix, later integrating the “Castle” arcade and other attractions. It featured popular amenities such as miniature golf, go-karts, and bumper boats, serving as a gathering place for generations of local families and teens. After nearly four decades, Malibu Castle ceased operations permanently on September 7, 2015, following a decision by its operating company not to renew the property lease.
