Planet Sarbez

Planet Sarbez, located at 115 Anastasia Blvd in St. Augustine, Florida, opened its doors in January 2014, quickly establishing itself as a distinctive entertainment and dining destination on Anastasia Island. Founded by Ryan Kunsch, the venue, originally known as Planet! Sarbez!, sought to provide a vibrant hub for art, music, and community that was previously lacking in the area. It operates as an eclectic establishment featuring a diverse array of over 35 arcade games, including classic video games, pinball machines, skeeball, air hockey, table shuffleboard, and pool.

Beyond its extensive arcade offerings, Planet Sarbez is known for its live music performances by local indie bands and touring artists, open mic nights, art shows, trivia, and dance parties, fostering a lively cultural scene. The establishment also specializes in gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, craft beer, and wine, contributing to its reputation as the “Grilled Cheese Capital of St. Augustine”. With a family-friendly atmosphere until 8 PM, transitioning to an 18+ and then 21+ venue in the later hours, Planet Sarbez serves as a cherished recreational and social gathering spot for a diverse range of St. Augustine residents and visitors.
