Putt-Putt Golf, located at 1705 Valley View Drive in College Station, Texas, opened on July 31, 1988, under the ownership of franchisee Tom Turbiville. Initially, the venue featured lighted putting greens designed for skill-based play. In 1991, the property was sold to the corporation and underwent a renovation, adding bumper boats, a batting cage, and a safari-themed aesthetic with fiberglass animal statues. By the early 2000s, the bumper boats ceased operation, and the site eventually converted that area to a skatepark in 2005. The facility closed permanently in 2006, leaving behind deteriorating mini-golf holes and overgrown batting cages.
