Showbiz Pizza Place: Jacksonville, FL (Atlantic Bl.)

This historic location at 9820 Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida, opened as a Showbiz Pizza Place on August 14, 1980. It was notably the second Showbiz Pizza Place to open nationwide and the very first to feature the iconic Rock-afire Explosion animatronic band. The venue provided family entertainment with arcade games and animated stage shows. Following the merger of ShowBiz Pizza and Chuck E. Cheese, this location transitioned from Showbiz Pizza Place, with its final day of operation under that brand on October 12, 1984. The site continues to operate today as a Chuck E. Cheese.
