Starcade

The former location of Sooner Dial Company – a business that refurbished aircraft instruments. The luminescent paint used on the dials and needs contained trace amounts of Radium – so there were portions of the building that were off limits due to elevated background radiation levels. At some point in the early 1980’s this location was turned into an arcade known as the Starcade, with a huge Pac-Man painted on the front of the building. The arcade closed in the late 80’s and became Folsom’s Body Shop.
