Tilt: Hickory Hollow Mall

Tilt: Hickory Hollow Mall was a prominent arcade located within the Hickory Hollow Mall at 5252 Hickory Hollow Parkway in Antioch, TN, across from the Powerhouse Gym in space 201. Operating as one of the mall’s enduring entertainment options, it succeeded an earlier Gold Mine location. It’s unknown exactly when it became a Tilt but it was sometime between 1988 and 1991.

As a popular destination for families and youth, Tilt offered a range of coin-operated video games and pinball machines, contributing to the mall’s appeal as a recreational hub. It remained a beloved attraction throughout its operational period, which extended through the mall’s heyday, before the location was later occupied by Game Galaxy Arcade as the mall transitioned from its primary retail function in 2008.
