Wizzard’s Palace was an arcade venue located at 1029 Douglas in Sterling, Colorado. Owned by Dick and Sherry Kinnaman, the establishment opened around 1982 or 1983, following a year of research into the arcade industry by the owners. The 2700-square-foot arcade actively promoted new games, such as the Atari Star Wars unit, to its local clientele. Wizzard’s Palace was still operational in Sterling, Colorado, as of 1990. The venue is now permanently closed.
