Located within the Santa Rosa Plaza, Aladdin’s Castle was a prominent video game arcade that became a popular destination following the mall’s opening in 1982. As the largest arcade in the area, it featured sixty games and was a focal point of the video game craze of the early 1980s. For many years, it served as a social hub for local youth and shoppers. The arcade is now permanently closed, with later mall developments occupying its former space.
